Decorated properly an outdoors space can become an extension of your home. Here are a few tips for making a warm and welcoming outdoor space for fall and winter.
Tip 1: Now is the perfect time to fix up any loose nails, re-stain a dingy deck, or power wash the patio.
Tip 2: Use lower wattage lighting or small decorative lights to illuminate an outdoor space. It cuts energy costs and creates a magical and soothing environment.
Tip 3: Put away the umbrella. Make sure you clean it first. Then let the sky be your canopy.
Tip 4: Now is the perfect time to buy new cushions for your outdoor furniture. Most stores will have outdoor patio furniture and accessories on sale.
Tip 5: Decorate an empty corner for fall with a barrel of hay some gourds or pumpkins and a large pot full of colorful mums.
